We will depart Marrakech at 7:30 AM and follow the road that leads over Tizin Tichka, the highest mountain pass in North Africa, at an elevation of 2,260 meters. Coffee break in a Berber village with a panoramic view. Afterwards we take the off route
track to Telouet for a visit to the beautiful kasbah located there, then we will continue to Ait Ben Haddou with a stop to visit an ancient salt mine. This superb village has been classified
as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and after lunch you will have a guided tour of the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou.
We will continue our journey to Ouarzazate, which lies in a valley at the confluence of the Ouarzazate and Dades River and marks the meeting of the southewrn foothills of the
High Atlas mountains and the desert. Countless kasbahs formed from red clay, mountains and valleys, arid plains and lush oases, palm groves and small villages all come together to create
an unforgettable experience for the visitor. We will visit the famed Kasbah Taourit, built in the 18th century by the powerful Glaoui family, and the adjacent movie studios. In the 1960s,
Ouarzazate became a popular location for filmmakers, and Lawrence of Arabia was filmed in the area in 1962. We will depart from this amazing place in the late afternoon, arriving back in
