Pickup from Marrakech (9:00 AM):
Your day begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel or riad. As you head out of Marrakech, the scenery quickly shifts – palm groves and villages fade into rocky hills and open desert. It's a peaceful ride, with plenty to see along the way.
Arrive at Agafay Desert:
Once you reach the desert, your journey becomes more adventurous. The Agafay’s rugged beauty is unlike any other – no sand dunes here, but wide, stony plains and rolling hills. We’ll visit nearby Berber villages, where time moves slowly, and life feels beautifully simple.
Camel Ride & Mint Tea:
Next up is a gentle camel trek across the rocky terrain. With each step, you'll enjoy panoramic views and the peaceful rhythm of the desert. Afterward, unwind at The White Camel camp with a glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea – sweet, warm, and just what you need.
Moroccan Lunch Under a Nomadic Tent:
Then it’s time for lunch. Under the shade of a Bedouin-style tent, you’ll enjoy a traditional three-course Moroccan meal. Expect fresh salads, hearty tagine, local bread, and a sweet treat to finish – all served with care and a view of the desert.
Optional Visit to Lalla Takerkoust Lake:

Return to Marrakech:
As the sun begins to set, we’ll take you back to your accommodation in Marrakech. You’ll arrive by early evening, refreshed, inspired, and with unforgettable memories from your Agafay desert experience.
