THROUGHOUT MOROCCO 15 DAYS / 14 NIGHTS :
Day 1 : Casablanca

Arrival to Casablanca airport and transfer to your hotel. Depending on the arrival time, city tour or free time. Dinner and overnight stay in a modern hotel in Casablanca.

Day 2 : Casablanca - Rabat

After breakfast we will visit the stunning Hassan II mosque (in case of late arrival on Day 1), which has the tallest minaret and the third largest mosque in the world – it can hold 25,000 worshippers at any one time. We then head straight to Rabat to enjoy the afternoon atmosphere of Morocco’s capital city. After lunch city tour of Rabat including the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and Chllah. Dinner and overnight stay in a modern hotel in Rabat.

Day 3 : Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes

We will spend the morning in Morocco’s capital city Rabat to visit Oudaia Kasbah and the Royal palace. After lunch we will move on to the third of our Imperial cities, Meknes, to have a city tour including the stables of Moulay Driss. Transfer to Fes in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in a cosy riad in Fes.

Day 4 : Fes

After breakfast we will head to explore the oldest and largest medieval city in the world. It is separated into three parts, Fès el Bali (the old town), Fès –Jdid(Jewish district) and the Ville Nouvelle (the French-created, newest section of Fes. The old town is a heady mix of aromas, sounds and sights. There are plenty of mosques and palaces to visit and lunch will be served in a traditional Moroccan restaurant. After exploring dye-pits, tanneries and restaurants, we return to our hotel for an overnight in Fes.

Day 5 : Fes

After the breakfast free time to explore the bustling Ville Nouvelle of Fes. Lunch will be served in a restaurant. In the afternoon we will be back o medina for a walk through the various workshops then off to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Fes.

Day 6 : Fes – Midelt

This morning after breakfast we journey over the Middle Atlas to stop at Midelt. Tea break in Ifrane which is considered to be the Moroccan Swiss resort. This is a beautiful alpine area. Surrounded by huge pine trees and a tranquil mountain setting, this is a great spot to cool down and relax after the hustle and bustle of Fes. We will enjoy the local speciality – grilled trout for lunch after which we will enjoy a small hike in the afternoon. We spend the night in this mountain location in a comfortable guesthouse in Midelt.

Day 7 : Medelt – Erfoud

Today we enjoy a stunning drive rewarded by a fantastic Moroccan lunch and an afternoon relaxing and swimming in a pool. After breakfast departure to the South of Morocco through Ziz River and series of fortified villages. Lunchbreak in Errachidia. Arrival in Erfoud and check-in at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation in an authentic hotel in Erfoud.

Day 8 : Erfoud – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi dunes

After breakfast it is time to head towards the desert and Merzouga, where we transfer to camels for a trek into the desert for a night at our Berber Camp. We enjoy local food, music and an amazing night out under the Saharan stars. Overnight stay at a desert camp.

Day 9 : Erg Chebbi dunes – Todra Gorges – Dades

Leaving the desert after breakfast, we move on to Todra Gorge.This 1,000ft gorge is hemmed in on all sides by vertical limestone cliffs and is also called Morocco’s Grand Canyon. After lunch it’s time to explore the gorge, from its plunging depths to dizzying heights. The charm of Todra lies in its changing colours as the sun slowly moves from east to west. Transfer to Dades for dinner and overnight in a comfortable hotel.

Day 10 : Dades – Ait Benhaddou

Leaving the impressive «gorgeous gorges » we make a short journey in the Dades valley, a green and fertile valley by the Dades River that flows through it giving life to a huge variety of colourful fruit and nut trees and extraordinary red rock formations. We will lunch here then on to Ait Benhaddou for a tour of the famous Kasbah, where Lawrence of Arabia was once filmed. Dinner and overnight in a cosy kasbah style guesthouse.

Day 11 : Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Today’s drive is truly stunning as we traverse the high Atlas Mountains on our way to Marrakech. After breakfast city tour of Ouarzazate – the Hollywood of Morocco including the cinema studios and the beautiful kasbah of Taourirt. Continuation to Oasis of Fint for lunch and on to the High Atlas mountains with a stop in Tizi´n´ Tichka pass which is the highest point with an altitude of 2260 meters. Arrival to Marrakech late in the afternoon, dinner and overnight stay in a luxury riad.

Day 12 : Marrakech

After breakfast city tour of Marrakech – the last Imperial city. Marrakech is set against the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Its great pride and landmark is the Koutoubia Tower, sister to the Tower of Hassan in Rabat and the Giralda Tower in Seville. Lunch will be served in a traditional restaurant. No visit to the city is complete without a visit to the city’s UNESCO-listed medina and Djemâa-el-Fna, an extraordinary gathering and market place. After the visit we will head back to your riad for dinner and overnight in your riad.

Day 13 : Marrakech – Essaouira

After breakfast departure to the colourful fishing town of Essaouira situated within 15th century Portuguese fortifications, where great beaches and surf beckon. Relax on the beach or alternatively explore the UNESCO-listed medina with its various souks and woodcarving workshops. You will have fresh seafood for lunch on a sunny terrace overlooking the medina. Any city gate leads to the Medina, so you’re unlikely to get lost. The beach is in front of the Medina and there are plenty of cafés with terraces, both ideal for relaxing for a few hours. Blue doors and window frames abound as do the artists shops – buy a carpet or Thuya wood carving or sit on the beach sipping a mint tea as the sun sets, an antidote to the bustle of the Imperial cities. Dinner and overnight stay in a cosy riad in Essaouira.

Day 14 : Essaouira – Casablanca

After breakast free time in Essaouira for last minute shopping and a stroll in the morning medina before heading on to Casablanca with stops in Safi, Oualidia and El Jadida. Oysters and seafood will be served for lunch in Oualidia. Arrival to Casablanca late in the afternoon. Check in your hotel, dinner and overnight in Casablanca.

Day 15 : Casablanca

Your adventure tour ends after breakfast. According to your flight schedule transfer to the airport and assistance with registration. End of services.
