After soaking up Meknes’ charm, we continue to Fes, where you'll spend the night in a peaceful riad.
Today is all about Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural center. With a local guide leading the way, you’ll dive deep into the city’s rich history.
Start your day at the Royal Palace gates, then wander through the narrow alleys of Fes el-Bali, one of the world’s oldest medinas. Explore historic sites like:

Get ready for a change of scenery as we head south toward the Sahara Desert. Along the way, you’ll stop in Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” for its alpine architecture.
Next, you’ll travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you might spot Barbary apes in the cedar forests. Continuing through the scenic Ziz Valley, you'll see endless palm groves lining the desert horizon.
By late afternoon, you’ll reach Merzouga, where your desert adventure begins. Climb aboard a camel caravan and trek through the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
