Welcome to Marrakech! As you arrive, you’ll feel the energy of the city wrap around you like a warm hug.
After checking in, take a relaxing stroll through the Medina, the old city center. Lose yourself in the winding alleys filled with colorful shops, spices, and traditional crafts. Don’t miss Jemaa el-Fnaa, the lively main square where street performers, storytellers, and food stalls create an unforgettable atmosphere.
You might be tired from your journey, but trust us—this first taste of Morocco is just the beginning.
✅ Top tip: Try a glass of mint tea at a rooftop café and watch the sunset over the Medina.
After breakfast, let’s dive deeper into Marrakech’s rich past.
Start with the Ben Youssef Madrasa, a former Islamic school with stunning architecture and peaceful courtyards. Next, explore the ruins of El Badi Palace, once a grand fortress now filled with storks and stories. Finally, visit the Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Moroccan design with its tiled floors and lovely gardens.
In between stops, you’ll pass colorful souks (markets) selling everything from rugs to leather bags. So feel free to pause, haggle, and maybe pick up a few souvenirs.
By the end of the day, you’ll understand why Marrakech is often called the “Red City.”
Now, it’s time for the road trip of a lifetime!
We’ll leave Marrakech and head toward the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we’ll drive through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. The views are just… wow!
We’ll stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has been featured in films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Then we continue to Tinghir, a beautiful oasis town surrounded by palm groves and red cliffs.
✅ Fun stop: Visit Todgha Gorge, where towering rock walls make you feel tiny in the best way.
By evening, you’ll be relaxing in Tinghir, excited for what’s next.
Today’s highlight? The Sahara Desert.
After breakfast, we’ll drive through scenic valleys and Berber villages before reaching Merzouga, the gateway to the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Here’s the fun part—you’ll hop on a camel and ride into the dunes, just in time for sunset. It’s peaceful, surreal, and totally Instagram-worthy.
Later, enjoy a night in a desert camp under the stars. Local music, delicious food, and the silence of the desert make this one of the most magical experiences on your Morocco itinerary.
✅ Don’t miss: Stargazing in the Sahara. No city lights = the clearest skies you’ve ever seen.
After a sunrise camel ride and breakfast in the camp, we’ll head toward Fes, Morocco’s cultural capital.
It’s a long drive, but the scenery along the way keeps it interesting—mountains, forests, and small towns give you a deeper look at real Moroccan life. We'll stop for lunch along the way and stretch our legs with a few photo breaks.
Once we arrive in Fes, settle into your riad and enjoy a quiet evening. Tomorrow, we’ll explore this ancient city.
Ready for a change of pace? Today, we head to Chefchaouen, one of Morocco’s most photogenic towns.
Nestled in the Rif Mountains, this little city is famous for its blue-painted streets and peaceful vibes. Wander through its narrow alleys, visit local craft shops, and relax in a café with views of the hills.
This is your day to slow down, breathe, and just enjoy.
✅ Pro tip: Wear white or bright colors—the blue background makes your photos pop!
It’s the final day of your Morocco itinerary, but we’ve saved something special.
Start with a visit to El Attarine Madrasa, known for its stunning mosaics and carved woodwork. Then get lost in the Fes Medina, one of the world’s oldest and largest car-free urban areas.
You’ll see tanneries, ancient mosques, spice markets, and hidden courtyards. Every corner feels like a step back in time.
End your day with a farewell dinner and a smile on your face—you’ve just experienced the best of Morocco.
